Carol Teichman and Bonnie Belfer are partners and owners of The Toronto Really Rocks Team. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and a deep love for Toronto and the surrounding areas to their real estate practice. Whether buying, selling, or just exploring investing possibilities, they know how to help every step of the way. With their combined 40+ years of full time dedicated real estate service and their many credentials including Accredited Senior Agent, Certified Staging Agent, Certified Buyers Agent, Certified Marketing Specialist, and Certified Negotiator, they are commited to serving the Greater Toronto Area with passion, knowledge and integrity. They steadfastly persist in uncovering the perfect property for their clients, also fulfiling their interest in discovering new places, embracing new tech trends, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Since moving to Toronto in 1996, Carol has been enchanted by this incredible city. From its vibrant diversity to its endless opportunities for exploration, Toronto has captured her heart. She enjoys decor, design, cuisine, and languages (currently mastering Italian!). As an avid culinary enthusiast, preparing multi-course dinners brings her joy in every delicious moment. Local food markets like Kensington Market, Eataly and St. Lawrence Market and savouring the flavours of Thai and Italian cuisines are favorite pastimes. Residing in North York with her husband, Jay, they are adapting to being empty nesters as they embrace their roles as proud new grandparents. Family is everything to her, especially the five delightful young grandchildren who bring boundless joy to her life. As a hockey and basketball fan, she's always up for cheering on her favourite teams, and when winter rolls around, you may see her hitting the slopes. She also enjoys hosting summer backyard get togethers for family and friends.

Bonnie was born and raised in Toronto and has had the incredible fortune to grow up in this amazing city, and can't imagine living anywhere else! She is a real estate agent with a passion for helping people find homes in their dream locations. She loves watching sports, particularly hockey and spending time with her extended family. She loves the beach and absolutely thrives on exploring all the new events that take place throughout the Greater Toronto Area. She feels she will probably never have enough time in her life to see everything or try all the amazing cuisine this culturally diverse city has to offer. She enjoys spending time walking in the ravine near her Cedarvale home where she and her husband, Bernie, are empty nesters. Her daughters live nearby. Bonnie and her husband recently became the grandparents of a beautiful little girl and it has changed their lives!
